Responsibilities
- Identify gaps in internal processes and improve team throughput using AI tools.
- Improve the full service delivery process from project scoping through project close-out.
- Influence delivery of external cybersecurity services through AI applications.
- Stay current with cloud-based and local AI models and assess how they can support offensive security services.
- Build orchestration connecting local models with general-purpose frontier cloud models.
- Prototype solutions, present them in meetings, and collaborate closely with cybersecurity experts.
Requirements
- Capacity to build and understand code, especially Python and/or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of deployment practices and building CI/CD pipelines.
- Capacity to understand and consume AI research and academic papers.
- Knowledge of LangChain or other frameworks for building agents and LLM-powered applications is preferred.
- Cybersecurity knowledge is advantageous.
- A data scientist background is beneficial.
- Consulting experience is valuable.
- Ability to meet DNV security and statutory compliance requirements, including required background checks for final candidates.
