Base Salary
$219k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction for complex Generative AI and agentic systems.
- Engage in hands-on coding for foundation-model and embedding fine-tuning.
- Design systems for production with a focus on latency, reliability, and cost.
- Architect workflows for multi-step reasoning at scale.
- Advise clients and shape technical solutions in pre-sales.
- Mentor and elevate the engineering team through architecture reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software, AI, or ML engineering.
- Demonstrated technical leadership in architecture and direction.
- Proven track record of deploying Generative AI products to production.
- Strong data engineering and SQL knowledge.
- Senior client-facing experience translating technical complexity into business value.
