Responsibilities
- Guide customers and partners in designing reliable, scalable systems using MongoDB.
- Articulate the business and technical value of MongoDB solutions.
- Collaborate with account teams to ensure success across various customer accounts.
- Support sales activities including technical discovery, demos, and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between the field and Product Management to relay feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with technical partners to drive demand.
- Create strategies that align with industry trends and competitive threats.
Requirements
- 8+ years of pre-sales experience with enterprise software.
- Proficiency in one or more modern scripting or programming languages.
- Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems.
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish proficiency preferred.
