Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end GenAI solution architecture from ideation and feasibility analysis through PoCs, MVPs, and production-ready implementation.
- Lead architecture workshops and translate business problems into scalable, secure GenAI architectures.
- Design and validate RAG pipelines, including chunking, retrieval, embeddings, reranking, and grounding.
- Establish prompt engineering, prompt evaluation, reasoning, guardrail, and responsible AI standards.
- Architect agentic AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, and custom orchestration layers.
- Design FastAPI-based enterprise services, security architecture, cloud deployments, DynamoDB solutions, and vector database architectures.
- Own LLM platform and model strategy across AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI.
- Establish LLMOps practices for versioning, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, rollback, and governance.
- Lead architecture reviews, PoC sign-offs, MVP readiness, and production certification.
- Mentor engineers, architects, and managers and advise leadership on GenAI feasibility, risks, timelines, and adoption strategy.
Requirements
- 14+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or AI platform design.
- 5 years of GCP experience.
- Strong expertise in Python and object-oriented programming.
- Deep hands-on experience with RAG architectures, retrieval optimization, chain-of-thought, guardrails, prompt engineering, and prompt evaluation.
- Advanced experience with LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI, AWS architecture, DynamoDB, JWT authentication, vector databases, AWS Bedrock, and Azure OpenAI.
- Strong knowledge of LLMOps, including evaluation pipelines, deployment, monitoring, versioning, and governance.
- Experience designing reliable, secure, scalable, and cost-effective enterprise GenAI platforms.
- Experience with enterprise chatbots, copilots, analytics-driven GenAI platforms, regulated environments, or insurance is preferred.
- Demonstrated architectural ownership, PoC and MVP delivery, stakeholder communication, technical influence, and GenAI thought leadership.
