Responsibilities
- Embed with business teams for sustained periods to understand their day-to-day operations.
- Map current workflows and identify time, handoff, rework, and manual-effort bottlenecks.
- Prioritize AI opportunities in partnership with business teams.
- Build and ship production AI-powered workflows hands-on with teams and the AI platform.
- Turn successful solutions into reusable capabilities for the broader organization.
- Measure success through business outcomes such as revenue generated, cost saved, cycle time reduced, and manual work eliminated.
- Translate between technical and business stakeholders and produce actionable documentation and findings.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on coding skills and experience delivering production systems across complex codebases.
- Strong Python skills plus backend or full-stack depth in Node.js, Kotlin, Java, Go, React, TypeScript, or mobile development.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD workflows, and SQL.
- Working knowledge of LLMs and agentic patterns, including prompt engineering, tool use, RAG and retrieval, context management, evaluation and observability, and agent orchestration with MCP, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
- Ability to become productive quickly in unfamiliar codebases and business domains.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
- Preferred experience extracting structure from unstructured data with LLMs.
- Preferred familiarity with n8n, Zapier, Temporal, or similar workflow automation tools.
- Preferred familiarity with process mining or workflow analysis, including event logs, process discovery, and BPMN.
