Base Salary
$190k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with a team to understand their day-to-day operations.
- Map current workflows to identify inefficiencies.
- Prioritize AI opportunities that enhance team outcomes.
- Build and ship AI-powered workflows in production.
- Scale successful solutions into reusable capabilities.
- Measure success based on business results achieved.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong coding skills with experience in production systems.
- Proficiency in Python and backend/fullstack technologies.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD workflows.
- Knowledge of LLMs and related engineering patterns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
