Responsibilities

Deliver business advisory services related to transformation and enterprise management systems using MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Implement Business Central solutions and manage the quality of implementation projects.
Plan and cost projects, design system enhancements, and support data migration.
Conduct workshops, pilots, proof-of-concept initiatives, testing, and deployment of new or improved system features.
Participate in R&D projects, collaborate with R&D teams on best practices and new solutions, and document project results and post-implementation reviews.
Communicate with clients and cooperate with EY teams, including participation in business travel.

At least 7 years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations in finance, sales and purchasing, or logistics.
Strong understanding of business processes and functional aspects of Business Central, ideally combined with technical product understanding.
Experience in data migration, project planning and costing, and system enhancements.
Strong client communication skills and excellent written and verbal English.
Higher education degree is advantageous.
AL programming skills, strong team leadership skills, and communicative German or another European language are advantageous.
