Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of agentic and AI-integrated workflows.
- Build modular, composable agentic systems using orchestration frameworks.
- Develop reusable 'agentic skills' for SDR and CSM teams.
- Implement observability and feedback loops for performance metrics.
- Build APIs and microservices that connect AI models to business systems.
- Architect data flows for retrieval-augmented generation.
- Scope high-impact automation problems by shadowing GTM teams.
- Design and deploy automation workflows using various tools.
- Build systems designed for self-service with proper documentation.
- Partner with various teams to scope and prioritize use cases.
- Communicate technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
- Establish governance and compliance standards for AI workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Javascript/Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and orchestration libraries.
- Comfortable building internal APIs, microservices, or serverless systems.
- Familiarity with SQL and data warehouses, preferably BigQuery.
- Experience with secure API handling and workflow automation.
- Proven ability to deliver AI-powered features in production.
- Strong problem selector who can identify high-leverage initiatives.
- Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving projects.
- Clear technical communicator who can explain complex systems simply.
- Comfort with autonomy and driving work independently.
