Base Salary
$110k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze user and mission partner requirements for SharePoint needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional site designs and workflows.
- Support migration from deprecated SharePoint features to modern alternatives.
- Document functional requirements and process flows for governance.
- Lead Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for SharePoint and Dynamics CRM.
- Manage ticket queue and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Promote adoption of modern SharePoint features across the organization.
- Contribute to performance monitoring and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- BA/BS in a technical or managerial discipline.
- US Citizenship and a current DoD Secret clearance are required.
- 5+ years of experience in SharePoint functional analysis or administration.
- Experience with SharePoint Online or DOD365-J environment is essential.
- Proficiency in designing and maintaining SharePoint lists, libraries, and workflows.
