Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation processes from design to delivery.
- Partner with customers to design and build seamless platform integrations.
- Develop methodologies and repeatable processes for successful implementations.
- Manage multiple simultaneous customer engagements and identify potential roadblocks.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in IT Operations or Professional Services delivery.
- Demonstrated experience with Python and JavaScript, especially in AWS Lambda.
- Knowledge of SaaS and traditional software APIs for integration development.
- Hands-on experience using AWS services like EC2, Lambda, and S3.
- Must be authorized to work in Australia on a full-time basis.
