Base Salary
$175k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a collaborative, high-performing team of Solutions Engineers.
- Partner with Account Executives to deliver tailored demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical validations throughout the pre-sales journey.
- Engage directly with customers to understand data activation needs and architect solutions using the Hightouch platform.
- Develop expertise across data activation, CDPs, data warehousing, integration platforms, and related enterprise use cases.
- Own the customer experience during new-revenue pilot and closing phases.
- Create and maintain playbooks, demo environments, and tools that improve the efficiency and success of proofs of concept.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and other teams to identify and advocate for customer-specific features and product improvements.
- Drive strategic initiatives that improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of the Solutions Engineering organization.
Requirements
- Strong technical background with direct client experience in pre-sales or post-sales, preferably in data or SaaS.
- Proven experience leading, managing, and developing technical teams.
- Experience developing with SQL, Python, JavaScript, and/or APIs for data integration.
- Extensive technical experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud data platforms, or related industries with end-customer engagement.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with customers.
- Exceptional presentation skills and technical credibility with executive stakeholders and engineers.
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills across sales, product, engineering, and external organizations.
- Startup experience, experience as a technical go-to-market resource for a data-centric product, and experience scaling a Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing technical team are preferred.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $175,000-$196,000 annually.
