Forward Deployed Engineer - Polish Speaking
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Develop AI agents and experiences that take actions in enterprise environments.
- Design prompts, reasoning flows, tool calls, and integrations using Salesforce’s agentic AI platform and current LLM techniques.
- Own technical components from architecture selection through deployment, validation, and production observability.
- Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
- Model data, validate pipeline outputs, and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting.
- Contribute to proofs of concept and MVPs, co-build solutions with customers and partners, and provide enablement and best practices.
- Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to senior engineers and product teams.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer business challenges into deployable agentic solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
- Production experience with at least one system the candidate can walk through.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Required prior customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
- Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Deep enough understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns to design them.
- Ability to collaborate with sales teams and customer architects and ship quality code.
- Experience evaluating AI outputs with engineering rigor and experimenting with emerging AI, data, and model technologies.
- English and Polish fluency.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time and work directly alongside customers.
- Preferred Salesforce platform experience or certifications, including Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Agentforce Specialist.
- Preferred familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, agent frameworks, orchestration patterns, Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
