Responsibilities
- Solve complex issues for enterprise customers regarding MongoDB.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams on customer needs.
- Mentor and ramp new team members.
- Contribute to internal projects for support tools development.
- Drive ownership of tricky cases to resolution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in technical support or engineering.
- Strong team partnership and collaboration skills.
- Experience in escalated customer situations.
- Excellent communication and account leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in coding/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong systems engineering and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with mission-critical production database systems.
