Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize generative AI and machine learning models for scalable, production-ready cloud or on-premises applications.
- Develop prompt-engineering strategies, NLP capabilities, and conversational AI solutions for speech and voice applications.
- Research advances in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning and identify opportunities to integrate them into products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements, develop and test hypotheses, and align solutions with business goals.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy and use AI-generated insights to support business decisions.
- Document technical specifications, user guides, presentations, and AI development best practices.
- Communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in machine learning is required; the posting also states a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is required; a Ph.D. is highly desirable.
- Strong experience developing and implementing generative AI models, including GPT, VAE, and GANs.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks or libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with NLP techniques and tools such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
- Experience with data visualization tools and libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
- Demonstrable experience with deep learning algorithms, neural networks, statistical modeling, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
