Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot IT service management solutions such as Remedy, ServiceNow, and IBM Control Desk.
- Analyze the business functions of IT service management applications and provide effective solutions and support.
- Use IT service management solutions to manage services and minimize disruptions to business operations.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues promptly to reduce downtime.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models and work with cloud, generative AI, and machine learning services.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience reading code in a general-purpose language or working in system design.
- At least 2 years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models.
- At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues.
- Experience managing and maintaining IT service management solutions or equivalent platforms, including understanding their business functions.
- Experience with GCP, AWS, Azure, their AI/ML services, LLMs, generative AI, and Google Cloud products such as Vertex AI, Dialogflow, and Gemini.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or Ray; AI accelerators such as TPUs or GPUs; model architectures such as encoders, decoders, and transformers; and machine learning APIs.
- Familiarity with support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical issue-resolution skills.
