Responsibilities
- Design and develop JavaScript Vanilla A/B test variants, including banners, popups, and dynamic integrations.
- Configure and deploy experimentation campaigns in AB Tasty using advanced segmentation and targeting rules.
- Integrate experiments into existing user journeys and Vue.js applications, APIs, and other systems.
- Implement multilingual experiences, language detection, event tracking, and experiment performance measurement.
- Optimize script performance with debouncing, throttling, caching, and MutationObserver.
- Manage event listeners and observers across page changes while maintaining cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Analyze test results, statistical significance, and performance metrics to identify conversion and user-experience improvements.
- Maintain and document existing campaigns and communicate technical decisions with varied stakeholders.
Requirements
- Significant professional experience in Front-End development with advanced JavaScript Vanilla expertise.
- Hands-on experience configuring and deploying experiments with AB Tasty.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript ES6+, DOM manipulation, HTML5, CSS3, Promises, async/await, event handling, event delegation, MutationObserver, debouncing, throttling, and responsive design.
- Experience with Git and GitLab.
- Understanding of A/B testing principles, including hypothesis definition, metric selection, statistical significance, results analysis, and data-driven optimization.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, conversion optimization, and online user journeys is appreciated.
- Professional fluency in French and English is required for international collaboration and technical documentation.
- Ability to work autonomously, rigorously, proactively, and defend technical choices.
