Base Salary

$168k - $227k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and build AI primitives and user-facing services for agentic AI applications.
  • Own features from concept and design through implementation, rollout, and support.
  • Create and review system designs focused on reliability and scaling.
  • Participate in planning and brainstorming to shape product direction.
  • Follow software development best practices and contribute to high software quality and on-time delivery.
  • Mentor others or serve as a technical lead or engineering team leader.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
  • 5+ years of leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader.
  • Preferred: 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
