Base Salary
$287k - $485k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack generative AI functionality.
- Build and ship high-performance UI code and backend systems that process and analyze millions of contracts reliably.
- Design pipelines that orchestrate LLMs, data extraction, and clustering algorithms at scale.
- Collaborate with designers, lawyers, and engineers to reimagine legal work through AI.
- Make pragmatic engineering decisions and prioritize high-impact product outcomes.
Requirements
- Staff-level full-stack software engineering experience is required based on the role scope.
- Strong ability to write code and deliver high-impact product functionality.
- Resourcefulness, urgency, and a bias toward execution are expected.
- Startup experience is preferred but not required.
- Interest in building a rapidly growing company is preferred.
