Responsibilities
- Build and manage end-to-end creative pipelines using prompt chains, agentic workflows, and node-based systems.
- Design AI-enabled systems with evaluation criteria, quality gates, and feedback loops.
- Audit and redesign creative workflows to reduce manual effort while preserving creative quality.
- Translate creative and strategic briefs into prototypes, real-time 3D visualizations, generative tools, interactive brand experiences, and other digital solutions.
- Evaluate emerging models, APIs, and platforms and build proofs of concept for studio adoption.
- Develop bespoke digital solutions and AI-powered tools for technically complex client projects.
- Run workshops and share technical discoveries with designers, producers, consultants, clients, and case teams.
- Present technical possibilities clearly, shape narratives, lead sessions, and guide reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Creative Technology, Engineering, Media Arts, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in creative technology, digital innovation, or a hybrid role, ideally in an agency, innovation lab, or media and technology environment.
- Fluency in Python, JavaScript, or a similar programming language, with experience taking ideas through working execution.
- Hands-on creative experience with generative AI tools and platforms such as Runway, Flux, or ComfyUI.
- Experience building agentic systems and pipelines, including prompt taxonomies, evaluation rubrics, multi-step workflows, and API orchestration.
- Working knowledge of RAG, tool use, and context windows.
- Experience with automation frameworks and systems integration, including judgment about when to build versus connect.
- Understanding of branding and how digital experiences create memorable moments.
- Confidence presenting to clients, leading sessions, shaping narratives, and guiding reviews.
- Ability to work across creative and technical contexts, balance experimentation with delivery, and choose between prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deterministic workflows.
