Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define application designs and technical specifications.
- Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and team members.
- Prepare technical documentation, requirements, and software specifications.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize software efficiency.
- Create testing routines and procedures to ensure application reliability and accuracy.
- Apply mathematical and statistical approaches to solve complex software-related problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve information technology issues during development.
- Prepare and preprocess data for analysis and use in software applications.
- Provide technical support to end users for software maintenance, troubleshooting, and usage questions.
- Evaluate and optimize AI tool usage, validate AI-generated code, establish responsible AI practices, and design agentic workflows.
Requirements
- Ability to design, develop, test, implement, debug, and maintain software applications and systems.
- Knowledge of programming languages and software development practices, including C# and Angular.
- Experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB.
- Ability to design, develop, manage, document, secure, and test APIs.
- Ability to use source code repositories and collaborate on code changes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, testing, documentation, and software design capabilities.
- Ability to apply mathematical and statistical analysis to complex technical problems.
- Ability to adopt and use AI tools responsibly, validate AI-generated code, and design AI agent workflows.
