Responsibilities

Contribute to front-end architecture and technical direction across large-scale projects.
Design and develop secure, scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Serve as a technical point of reference for React and front-end technologies.
Mentor colleagues and support less experienced team members.
Contribute to coding standards, CI/CD practices, testing strategies, and engineering improvements.
Identify technical risks, support mitigation strategies, and take ownership of project milestones.
Evaluate emerging front-end technologies and contribute to technical decision-making.

At least 4 years of professional front-end development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise with React.
Strong command of modern JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
Understanding of front-end architecture, state management, component design, and performance optimization.
Understanding of web application architecture, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns.
Experience with CI/CD, Git, testing, and modern front-end build and development tools.
Experience working in Agile development environments and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to own technical solutions, contribute to engineering decisions, and support less experienced team members.
