Responsibilities
- Design and develop generative AI solutions for internal commercial, legal, marketing, and operational departments.
- Optimize generative AI models using prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques.
- Participate in use-case definition workshops and Agile ceremonies.
- Define and execute testing plans to validate developed models.
- Write technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to teams.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Computer Science.
- At least 5 years of permanent employment experience in AI model development, NLP, telecommunications, or digital services.
- At least one professional experience industrializing an ML/AI model.
- Professional expertise in Python for scripting, data processing, and model training.
- Expertise in prompt engineering, RAG, and NLP.
- Professional fluency in French.
- Autonomy, rigor, teamwork, and ability to collaborate with varied stakeholders.
