$220k - $297k/yr

Responsibilities

Identify and address key gaps in Databricks' infrastructure and services to enhance customer safety.
Attract and recruit top talent in the security engineering field.
Represent the security engineering discipline within the organization.
Engage with the community by representing Databricks at academic and industry events.

9+ years of experience in Data Security or related areas with expertise in multiple security domains.
15+ years of experience in building large-scale distributed systems with high availability.
Proven leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills to advocate for Data Security to senior leaders.
A proactive approach and passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related fields.
