Base Salary
$199k - $335k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture for agent memory, including how memories are written, retrieved, updated, and retired.
- Lead context engineering for production agents by assembling, prioritizing, and compressing conversation, memory, tool, and skill context.
- Build and orchestrate agents end to end, from prompt and context design through production deployment and operation.
- Define offline and online evaluation frameworks for memory and context quality and use the results to improve systems.
- Research emerging agentic paradigms, memory architectures, and long-context techniques and turn them into product innovation.
- Lead complex multi-team initiatives, communicate technical direction, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or above, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience deploying large-scale machine learning systems, including at least 1 recent year building and shipping LLM-based agents in production.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end agent development, orchestration, prompt engineering and optimization, and context engineering.
- Experience evaluating agentic systems and using evaluation results to improve them.
- Proven technical leadership influencing direction across teams and mentoring engineers, plus strong communication and senior-leadership presentation skills.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Agents SDK, or AutoGen.
- Preferred experience designing agent or user memory systems, supporting long multi-session dialogue, personalizing AI assistants, or contributing publications, patents, or open source work related to memory, long-context models, or agents.
