Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules.
- Support the Dynamics 365 F&O business applications portfolio by defining customer solutions and delivering client engagements.
- Collaborate with customers, business clients, business analysts, developers, architects, sales leaders, and delivery leaders.
- Analyze complex requirements and develop IT strategies and multi-technology solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Create conceptual, logical, and physical designs, bills of material, as-built diagrams, knowledge-transfer materials, FAQs, and transition-to-operations documentation.
- Develop and implement Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
- Support solution demonstrations, solution design, and quotes.
- Facilitate envisioning workshops and art-of-the-possible sessions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Expertise with multiple Dynamics 365 Unified Operations portfolio products or functional areas, including Financials & Accounting, Budgeting, Project Management, Distribution, Transportation, Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, Procurement, Sales Orders, and Retail.
- 3+ years of experience with Dataverse and Power Platform.
- 3+ years of experience with integrations and APIs.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders and peers in written, oral, and presentation formats.
- Proficiency in workshop facilitation.
- Designations such as Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform Developer, Scrum, or Prosci are considered advantageous.
