Responsibilities

Drive the adoption of the Data Streaming Platform by moving complex customer use cases into production.
Support high-touch solution design engagements with technical architectural guidance.
Identify and resolve critical technical hurdles during the customer journey.
Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to gather requirements and develop Proof of Concept solutions.
Architect and maintain advanced technical artifacts to empower the SE community.
Deliver expert-level workshops and training sessions on DSP features and best practices.

4+ years of Solutions Engineering or similar experience in a technical pre-sales role.
Experience with Event-Driven architecture and Data Integration techniques.
Familiarity with Cloud Architecture, Migrations, and Application Development.
Proficiency in Java, Python, or SQL.
Experience with Automation, GitOps, and Kubernetes.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels.
Ability to explain complex concepts in non-technical language.
