Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams delivering applications and services.
- Apply architecture and delivery methodologies across business, data, application, technology, and security domains.
- Solve client and internal project problems using technical expertise and analytical thinking.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, clients, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in technical whiteboarding, competency interviews, case studies, and client-centric discussions.
- Work according to agile best practices and contribute to continuous improvement and professional development.
Requirements
- Hands-on software engineering background with experience leading engineering teams.
- Practical understanding and application of architecture and delivery methodologies.
- Specialism in at least one architectural domain: Business, Data, Application, Technology, or Security.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Certifications in relevant methodologies and cloud technologies are advantageous.
- Experience across leading vendors including Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle, IBM, and Salesforce is welcomed.
- For applicable UK roles, candidates must meet security-clearance requirements, including five years of continuous UK residency where higher national security vetting is required.
