Base Salary
$121k - $149k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deliver software features and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain software components across front-end and back-end systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across front-end and back-end systems.
- Contribute to application reliability, performance, security, and scalability efforts.
- Participate in code reviews and improve code quality based on feedback.
- Support testing, deployment, and monitoring across the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and other Agile development activities.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Full Stack Engineer, or similar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with modern front-end development using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience developing backend services using Go, Java, Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with APIs and services in distributed environments.
- Working knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and/or Redis.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts and SSO platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, or Auth0.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience in manufacturing or automotive environments.
- Preferred experience building consumer-facing applications.
- Preferred familiarity with containerized applications and modern deployment practices.
- Valid driver’s license required.
