Responsibilities
- Implement and enhance the FAST PAS to support Capco insurance clients.
- Develop experience with configuring FAST’s PAS while solving complex problems.
- Support adherence to standards and best practices for FAST configuration.
- Ensure efficient business processes and data integrity.
- Communicate status, risks, issues, and timelines for implementation.
- Collaborate with insurance product experts to understand requirements.
- Work with solution architects and developers to implement configuration changes.
- Provide solution options and recommendations based on processes and risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience with FAST Policy Administration System configuration.
- Proficiency with MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of XSLT, XML/Json, Rest/SOAP APIs, and SQL.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of development and deployment lifecycles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
- Bonus: Knowledge of insurance products, specifically Life and Annuities.
