Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain application features across frontend, backend, database, and integration layers.
- Build responsive user experiences using React, Angular, or comparable web frameworks.
- Develop backend services, business logic, APIs, and integrations using Python, Django, or comparable technologies.
- Create and optimize SQL queries, database models, and data processes for scalable enterprise applications.
- Lead technical design discussions, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architecture and solution planning.
- Investigate software defects, identify root causes, and implement durable solutions that improve quality and performance.
- Mentor developers, promote development best practices, and use AI tools to improve product capabilities and team productivity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience delivering modern web applications and enterprise-scale solutions.
- Strong experience with React or a comparable UI framework, Python, Django or comparable frameworks/ORMs, SQL, APIs, and full-stack web development.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, testing methodologies, debugging, application security, and performance optimization.
- Experience designing, building, and supporting integrations, RESTful APIs, and data-driven applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude, or similar technologies is preferred.
- Ability to mentor team members, influence technical direction, improve coding standards and tools, and learn new technologies and business domains is preferred.
