Responsibilities
- Technically lead cloud-native products and define architecture for containerized applications, GitOps, and SRE practices.
- Act as the Kubernetes and AKS technical reference and design deployment, observability, resilience, and scalability patterns.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code modules, automation, and pipelines for reproducible environments and team onboarding.
- Coach Dev/SRE teams through code reviews, pair programming, best-practice sharing, and skills development.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Product Owner teams on compliance, cost optimization, and governance.
- Participate in the evolution of Azure cloud platforms with an opening toward multi-cloud.
Requirements
- Experience serving as a technical reference for cloud-native platforms and leading their design, evolution, and industrialization.
- Expertise with Kubernetes, including AKS, and cloud-native deployment, observability, resilience, and scalability patterns.
- Ability to develop Infrastructure as Code modules, automation, and pipelines.
- Ability to coach Dev/SRE teams and collaborate across Architecture, Security, and Product Owner functions.
