Responsibilities
- Configure custom document actions, schemas, and AI prompts in MuleSoft IDP.
- Publish IDP document actions as REST APIs through Anypoint Exchange for Mule applications and RPA bots.
- Build human-in-the-loop review queues and tune confidence-score thresholds.
- Integrate extracted document data with ERP, CRM, Salesforce, and database systems using DataWeave.
- Develop and refine LLM prompts for unstructured text, summaries, JSON parsing, and complex line-item tables.
- Create benchmark datasets and tune prompts to improve extraction accuracy and reduce hallucinations and false positives.
- Evaluate and configure foundational LLM models and document classifiers.
- Design asynchronous, high-throughput document-processing queues and concurrency controls for large document volumes.
- Manage CloudHub vCore allocations, rate limiting, and caching for cost-effective API performance.
- Provide Tier 3 support for runtime failures, expired OAuth tokens, parsing errors, and blocked production queues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration or development experience.
- At least 3 years of MuleSoft integration experience, including at least 1 year deploying GenAI prompt-engineering or IDP workloads.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer—Level 1 certification.
- Practical expertise with structural prompting, few-shot prompting, system instructions, and JSON text parsing.
- Experience with multi-worker CloudHub architectures, persistent queues, or parallel MuleSoft RPA executions.
- Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Hyperautomation Developer certification is strongly preferred.
