Responsibilities
- Build high-quality native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Develop and evolve server-side infrastructure using Python and C++.
- Design modern Android architectures and UI systems with maintainable, modular, and testable software.
- Solve challenging engineering problems involving scale, reliability, concurrency, and real-time systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, QA, and Product teams on technical direction and complex mobile workflows.
- Contribute to a culture of high-quality delivery, testing, continuous improvement, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing native Android applications using Kotlin.
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including concurrency, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience designing maintainable, modular, and testable software.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a pragmatic approach to complex engineering problems.
- Expertise in modular and highly testable code and experience working with engineering, UX, and Product colleagues are preferred.
- Passion for learning, exploring technologies, teaching others, and mentoring less experienced team members is preferred.
