Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of LLM and agent-based applications.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.
- Extensive experience with large language models, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
- Experience in designing and deploying end-to-end AI systems.
- Ability to guide projects and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
