Responsibilities
- Provide Workday Time Tracking and Absence product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise.
- Gather, understand, and analyze client business requirements through working sessions.
- Configure, prototype, demonstrate, and test Workday solutions based on client requirements.
- Convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients with solution testing.
- Analyze Workday release updates and assess their impact on existing client configurations.
- Create solutions for clients and internal review while following Workday standard methodologies.
- Manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration and support project work-stream delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, partners, and team members to achieve customer satisfaction and success.
- Manage work plans, analytics, reporting, and client presentations.
- Mentor junior Huron staff as needed.
Requirements
- Workday Time Tracking/Absence Certification is required.
- At least 5 years of Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation experience for customers of all sizes.
- Knowledge of Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs.
- Knowledge of Workday Payroll and payroll legislation is an additional advantage.
- Global Time Tracking and Absence experience is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and oral communication, customer service, problem-solving, collaboration, and client-interaction skills.
- Substantial and measurable delivery of at least 3 Time Tracking and Absence implementations across at least 2 phases is preferred.
