Base Salary
$170k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop key modules of the behavior prediction system to enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Create and maintain robust software infrastructure for large-scale image and LiDAR data.
- Design and write optimized pipelines for data pre-processing, model training, and inference.
- Train and evaluate advanced behavior prediction models, identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks.
- Create scalable training and evaluation tools to support continuous improvement of models.
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate behavior prediction systems into the autonomous driving stack.
Requirements
- Ph.D. with 3+ years of industry experience or Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience with machine learning in behavior prediction for autonomous driving.
- Familiarity with machine learning models such as LSTM and Transformer.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python and C++.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with large-scale data processing and cloud computing platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Previous experience in autonomous driving or robotics is a plus.
