Responsibilities
- Automate and streamline continuous integration and continuous deployment processes for application teams.
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across the application lifecycle, including testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure and onboard and configure applications on DevOps tools according to client requirements.
- Create user-access workflows and provide access according to defined processes.
- Build and customize DevOps tools and develop coding or scripting integrations with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment in DevOps environments.
- Provide internal and external customer support for DevOps tools and resolve tickets within specified turnaround times.
- Troubleshoot critical or recurring issues, perform root-cause analysis, and follow escalation procedures when needed.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Experience with DevOps pipeline automation, integration and deployment processes, infrastructure management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and customer support.
