Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Salesforce DevOps strategies using Azure and Copado.
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines with Copado and Azure DevOps.
- Manage Git source control, including branching, merging, conflict resolution, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Automate deployments across multiple Salesforce environments while meeting governance and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to establish DevOps practices and coding standards.
- Gather requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and support client service engagements.
- Design and prototype user interfaces, create mock-ups, and conduct usability and user acceptance testing.
- Support Salesforce Lightning and Sales Cloud digital customer experience initiatives through user research and interface design.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures and support release management in enterprise environments.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience required.
- Oral and written English proficiency required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Copado.
- Strong knowledge of Git-based workflows.
- Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and work item tracking.
- Familiarity with Salesforce metadata, SFDX, and package-based deployments.
- Knowledge of enterprise release management processes.
- Experience with UX and UI design, mock-ups, iterative design, and usability testing.
- Experience with stakeholder management and project delivery.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preference for study in Computer Graphics, Computer and Information Science, or Graphic Design.
