Responsibilities
- Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end.
- Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards, and operational systems.
- Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to launch products quickly.
- Integrate APIs, handle data flows, and improve production reliability.
- Use analytics, user feedback, and production issues to improve features after launch.
- Build tools that reduce manual work and improve operational speed.
- Own work from initial build through launch and post-launch fixes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full stack software engineering experience.
- Strong frontend and backend fundamentals.
- Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production systems.
- Ability to build useful products quickly without complete specifications.
- Good product sense, UX awareness, and attention to detail.
- Comfort debugging across the full stack.
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplaces, consumer apps, or high-volume platforms is strongly advantageous.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate real shipped work and clearly explain their individual contributions.
