Responsibilities
- Drive the software quality assurance lifecycle as part of the SDLC and team’s Agile ways of working.
- Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for front-end UI, backend API, load, and performance testing.
- Establish test strategies and coordinate testing across multiple technical and product teams.
- Create test plans, test cases, and validation efforts covering accessibility, responsive behavior, cross-browser compatibility, and functional quality.
- Maintain test environments, CI pipelines, test assets, repositories, and Java-based automation utilities.
- Review test results, report issues, provide troubleshooting and root-cause support, and communicate testing status and schedules.
- Identify and implement improvements to testing processes, tools, guidance, and departmental quality strategy.
- Mentor, instruct, and delegate to other quality assurance team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Math, Physics, or another related technology field.
- At least 9 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of several complex integrated software system functions and mastery of relevant system-testing tools.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and demonstrated success solving difficult problems.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience creating automation pipelines integrated with CI systems such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Preferred experience in security testing and visual validation.
