Responsibilities

  • Analyze client and functional consultant requirements and propose solutions.
  • Develop, document, test, and deliver SAP HCM technical solutions according to EY best practices.
  • Participate in SAP HCM implementation activities including design, estimation, development, documentation, and testing.
  • Develop payroll applications, interfaces, and forms, and support SAP HCM/ECP implementations.
  • Collaborate with experts, architects, project managers, and customers to deliver projects within deadlines.
  • Drive improvements and innovations in development processes, methodologies, and technology.
  • Engage with customers throughout product development and implementation phases.

Requirements

  • Any graduate or postgraduate qualification.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP as an ABAP HR developer with HCM exposure.
  • Expertise in HR development and ABAP development; experience with ABAP 7.40 or higher is preferred.
  • Good understanding of SAP HCM payroll processing and experience in payroll application development.
  • Experience implementing interfaces using OData, IDocs, and RFCs, along with form development experience.
  • Expertise in enhancement implementation options.
  • Knowledge of integration techniques such as PTP and BIB.
  • Exposure to Employee Central Payroll, Payroll Control Center, and SuccessFactors Employee Central is advantageous.
  • Exposure to HANA coding using CDS and AMDP is advantageous.
  • Ability to understand customer business requirements and generate creative solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adoption of current technologies.
