Responsibilities
- Contribute to the complete software development life cycle, including design, architecture, development, documentation, testing, and operations.
- Own end-to-end full-stack software solutions and solve critical business problems through greenfield development or extensions to existing systems.
- Work on complex services and participate in their re-architecture to support diverse use cases.
- Build e-commerce capabilities for cross-border selling, localized shopping, inventory placement, delivery, multi-store selection, and Prime export markets.
- Collaborate with engineers across Hyderabad and Luxembourg on strategic initiatives for Amazon’s emerging European markets.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience with software design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling of new and existing systems.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development life-cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
