Responsibilities

  • Build proof-of-concept AI agents, scripts, and workflow automations using LLMs, APIs, RPA, and low-code platforms.
  • Partner with WFM functional leads to translate operational pain points into technical roadmaps and scalable solutions.
  • Use analytics and data-driven methods to identify process failures, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
  • Track and validate cost savings, hours saved, efficiency gains, and other OKRs/KPIs from process improvements and AI agent deployments.
  • Create and maintain global WFM documentation, including playbooks, SOPs, architectural guidelines, and training materials.
  • Establish testing, evaluation, and documentation standards to make automated workflows transparent, explainable, auditable, and aligned with enterprise security policies.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in WFM, including forecasting, scheduling, or capacity planning, or in operational workflow automation.
  • Experience prototyping lightweight automations using LLMs, APIs, scripting, or automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, LangChain, Python, or RPA tools.
  • Experience with project management and change management for technical rollouts.
  • Preferred: bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or another quantitative or technical field.
  • Preferred: proficiency with SQL, advanced spreadsheets such as Google Sheets or Excel, and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Preferred: experience with enterprise WFM suites such as NICE IEX, Aspect/Alvaria, Verint, or Teleopti.
  • Preferred: ability to explain AI agent frameworks and API integrations through operational playbooks and executive demonstrations.
  • Preferred: familiarity with DevOps/MLOps practices for prototyping, testing, and scaling internal tools.
