Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable solutions using Python, Streamlit, Next.js, Astro, Java, and/or Maven.
- Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and integrations across Azure, AWS, Cloudflare, and Vercel environments.
- Develop low-code applications and automation workflows with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Implement AI, machine learning, and deep learning solutions, including model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Use ServiceNow and process mining tools to analyze, optimize, and visualize business processes.
- Translate business requirements into high-quality technical designs with measurable outcomes in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Lead PMO activities including project planning, governance, risk management, milestone tracking, and KPI reporting.
- Support DevOps practices through CI/CD pipeline, version control, and environment management.
- Maintain technical documentation, enforce best practices, and drive standardization across development initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in STEM, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Experience in software engineering, AI development, or cloud-based solutions.
- Solid experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and web frameworks.
- Hands-on knowledge of Azure, AWS, Cloudflare Workers, or Vercel deployment environments.
- Experience delivering AI/ML projects involving training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, process mining, or workflow automation tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Fluency in English; Portuguese or another European language is a plus.
- Consulting, financial services, or Big Four experience is preferred.
- AI, Azure, or Agile-related certifications are preferred.
- Understanding of data governance, observability, and security in enterprise environments is preferred.
- Experience with Agile/DevOps delivery and modern software lifecycle management is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
