Base Salary
$140k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize big data pipelines that extract and process signals from the web, job postings, and other sources.
- Design and implement data architectures and storage solutions for massive data volumes.
- Collaborate with data scientists to support and integrate machine learning models into data workflows.
- Improve the data quality, performance, and scalability of the technographic data platform.
- Drive the technical strategy and roadmap for data processing infrastructure.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering roles.
- Extensive experience building and scaling big data pipelines and architectures from scratch.
- Deep expertise with Hadoop, Spark, Java, and Scala.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to write efficient, high-quality code.
- Experience with very large datasets and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with data pipelines at large technology companies or data-driven organizations.
- A bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
- Experience with entity recognition and NLP techniques is a plus.
- Proven ability to deliver results and drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with data scientists, analysts, and product teams.
