Responsibilities
- Restore failed application-related IT services quickly and implement appropriate workarounds when incidents cannot be resolved within the agreed SLA.
- Analyze existing IT services and plan improvements to prevent incidents and minimize their impact.
- Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain applications in coordination with merchants and IT personnel.
- Manage application lifecycle and release management processes.
- Build, deploy, and promote applications through continuous delivery processes.
- Ensure automated functional tests are used to validate application deployment and operation.
- Provide second-level application support, triage issues, and route them to the appropriate IT personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related major.
- Knowledge of Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, and other CI/CD tools.
- At least two years of knowledge or experience with the Java programming language.
- At least one year of software development experience.
- At least one year of systems administration and operations experience.

- Willingness to work from the Jakarta office.
