Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales, Customer Service, and business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI and automation opportunities.
  • Translate business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Configure, test, and implement solutions using LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, product owners, and business experts to bring successful ideas into production.
  • Measure adoption, business value, and user feedback to continuously improve delivered solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in AI, automation, solution engineering, digital transformation, technical consulting, or a similar hands-on role.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
  • Curiosity about modern AI technologies and willingness to experiment with new approaches.
  • Understanding of commercial processes such as Sales Operations, Customer Service, CRM, pricing, quotations, or product information management.
  • Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
  • Experience with Python, APIs, SQL, low-code platforms, LLMs, AI agents, or workflow automation is highly valued.
