Responsibilities
- Work with Sales, Customer Service, and business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI and automation opportunities.
- Translate business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
- Configure, test, and implement solutions using LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, product owners, and business experts to bring successful ideas into production.
- Measure adoption, business value, and user feedback to continuously improve delivered solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in AI, automation, solution engineering, digital transformation, technical consulting, or a similar hands-on role.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Curiosity about modern AI technologies and willingness to experiment with new approaches.
- Understanding of commercial processes such as Sales Operations, Customer Service, CRM, pricing, quotations, or product information management.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
- Experience with Python, APIs, SQL, low-code platforms, LLMs, AI agents, or workflow automation is highly valued.
