Responsibilities
- Own execution of AI adoption projects end-to-end across business units.
- Embed with business teams to understand workflows and identify gaps.
- Translate gaps into practical AI-driven solution proposals.
- Implement AI solutions and drive adoption post-launch.
- Track and report on impact to justify continued investment.
- Build reusable playbooks from transformation projects.
- Act as a technical bridge between business needs and delivery.
- Personally build quick-win solutions for immediate use.
- Maintain knowledge of the company's AI tooling and infrastructure.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools for internal applicability.
- Run AI literacy and enablement activities for non-technical teams.
- Contribute to internal AI playbooks and tooling documentation.
- Act as a contact point for business units with AI use-case ideas.
- Share learnings and reusable components across teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project execution, product management, or technical delivery.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-based tools or products.
- Ability to independently build and ship practical AI-powered solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to extract requirements from non-technical teams.
- Working understanding of modern AI stack including LLMs and automation frameworks.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and switching roles as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
