Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
- Develop and support CI/CD pipelines for cloud infrastructure, applications, and data workloads.
- Automate deployment, configuration, and operational tasks using scripting.
- Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives, including environment provisioning and deployment automation.
- Deploy and support AWS services used in data platforms and analytics solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot AWS networking, IAM, compute, storage, and container services.
- Support monitoring, logging, security, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with cloud architects, data engineers, and application teams.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, CloudWatch, and ECR/ECS.
- Experience with Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation/CDK.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline/CodeBuild.
- Working knowledge of Docker and container-based deployments.
- Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Understanding of Git, branching strategies, deployment workflows, cloud security, IAM, networking, and least-privilege principles.
- Exposure to AWS data services such as Glue, Redshift, Athena, EMR, DMS, or Step Functions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams in a consulting environment.
- Preferred qualifications include cloud migration or data modernization experience, AWS data lake or data platform exposure, Kubernetes or Amazon EKS exposure, monitoring or observability experience, AWS Associate-level certification, and consulting or client-facing experience.
