Responsibilities
- Develop and improve STACKIT’s MongoDB database-as-a-service offering.
- Develop automation processes that simplify the operation of cloud databases.
- Administer the MongoDB cloud service as part of an international team.
- Stay current with MongoDB features and components such as MongoDB Controllers for Kubernetes.
- Support internal projects as a reliable technical point of contact.
- Act as a third-level solution expert for STACKIT MongoDB.
- Develop Golang REST APIs and end-to-end tests for Kubernetes manifests where applicable.
Requirements
- Experience with MongoDB databases.
- Ideally, experience with GitLab, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure as code.
- Ideally, experience with Golang development, including REST APIs and end-to-end tests for Kubernetes manifests.
- Passion for new technologies and NoSQL databases.
- High flexibility, initiative, and commitment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and work as part of an international team.
