Responsibilities

Partner with global GCM stakeholders, strategists, and controllers to develop metrics and actionable business insights.
Automate processes to improve productivity and reduce risk across Global Capital Markets.
Engineer reporting solutions by setting up data feeds, optimizing data storage, and implementing metric calculations.
Design, build, and support business-facing tools and analytics applications for client targeting, management reporting, and automated content generation.
Design and build secure and efficient system architecture.
Collaborate with the IT team, other strategists, and senior management across global offices.

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science/Engineering, Finance, or Economics.
At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in a programming or quantitative role.
Strong programming skills in at least one general-purpose language, including Python, C++, Java, or JavaScript.
Experience with distributed computing environments.
Knowledge of system design patterns and experience in system architecture.
Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or other LLMs.
Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and time management skills.
