Responsibilities
- Partner with global GCM stakeholders, strategists, and controllers to develop metrics and actionable business insights.
- Automate processes to improve productivity and reduce risk across Global Capital Markets.
- Engineer reporting solutions by setting up data feeds, optimizing data storage, and implementing metric calculations.
- Design, build, and support business-facing tools and analytics applications for client targeting, management reporting, and automated content generation.
- Design and build secure and efficient system architecture.
- Collaborate with the IT team, other strategists, and senior management across global offices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science/Engineering, Finance, or Economics.
- At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in a programming or quantitative role.
- Strong programming skills in at least one general-purpose language, including Python, C++, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with distributed computing environments.
- Knowledge of system design patterns and experience in system architecture.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or other LLMs.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and time management skills.
